We are looking for a commercially minded, intellectually curious Senior Insights Executive who thrives on solving real business problems not just delivering reports.

If you enjoy managing end-to-end research, partnering with clients and transforming complex data into clear, compelling strategic narratives this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage end-to-end research projects across multiple clients
• Design smart, fit-for-purpose research solutions (qual & quant)
• Develop proposals and contribute to costing
• Build strong, trusted client relationships
• Translate data into commercially meaningful insights
• Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with analytics, field and operations teams
• Work on brand health, communications testing and innovation studies
  

This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond execution and step into strategic partnership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years market research experience (agency preferred)
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with brand tracking / comms testing / innovation research
• Confidence engaging with clients
• Solid understanding of quantitative and/or qualitative research design
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with energy and precision

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing or related field
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous
• Strong quantitative foundation beneficial
• Proficiency in tools such as SPSS, Displayr, Power BI, or similar advantageous
